We can’t recommend enough Lee Delaney and his team at Sienns Developments. They’re brilliant. They recently dismantled our old loft conversion and twisting staircase and completely rebuilt it, including an en-suite shower room, all within 5 weeks. And their price compares well to other building firms.

Lee and his team delivered work of a high standard and they are a great bunch. They worked quickly and non-stop with only a daily lunch break. They had respect for our property and were polite and friendly. Like most builders they played music, but not loudly and it was lovely to hear them laughing together as they got on with the work. They arrived on time every day, made their own cuppas, and at the end of each day kept us informed of the progress of the work and what would happen next. We always knew what to expect the following day. Oh and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day!! Lee discussed with us any changes he thought were needed and was very accommodating to those that we asked for. We now have a lovely, light, huge room, a magnificent staircase and a modern en-suite. On first meeting, Lee spent a long time discussing with us what we required from our loft conversion and answering our questions. He was quick to provide a quote including a breakdown of the work to be undertaken with the prices and timescale. We found this very useful when deciding on which builder to choose and felt that Lee’s quote was very competitive and provided good value for money (we also received quotes for 5 other building and loft conversion companies).

Expecting out first baby we were anxious for the work to be completed on time, Lee was very confident that this could be achieved and we were not disappointed.

During the conversion Lee kept us informed of the progress and consulted us on any decisions for which our input was needed.
We were able to ask for a number of extra jobs to be completed as we went along, (for example replacing more of our roof separate from the loft conversions and re-rendering the back of our house) and we appreciated that these were also completed on time and to a high standard.

They even came on a weekend to ensure the work was completed within our tight timescale.

Lee’s team were extremely friendly and hard working and we felt the tradesmen he used did an excellent job. We would confidently recommend Lee for any loft conversion or building works, we are so pleased with our finished loft room with en-suite it was even better than we had expected.

Our experience working with Lee and his team was brilliant from start to finish. He was really helpful in the early stages of planning and suggested many ideas that have ended up making the space work even better than we had imagined. All the costings were presented in a clear and straightforward way and the initial timeframe was kept to and in the end even beaten!

Nothing was too much trouble and whenever we did have any concerns they were dealt with quickly and effectively. They were very conscientious, particularly when it came to tidying up after themselves, we hardly knew they were here!

Sienns completed a loft conversion for us near the beginning of lockdown 1. What can I say? This company is strategic from the moment you engage their services, all correspondence is handled professionally yet with friendly humour and advice is offered when you just do not know what you want/what is possible.

Lee is a project manager with a tenacious eye for detail and offers his trade knowledge (and discounts) constantly. He is available whenever you need him (in person and via messaging services) and we enjoyed watching his pride when he would visit site on a Friday!! His teams are all trustworthy, hard working and professional respecting the fact they are working in your home. Especially during this COVID time whilst our whole family was working/schooling at home too.

5* review! Sienns Lee have just completed a loft conversion at our house. Our job was more than just a loft conversion – it involved moving our existing stairs, reorganisation of our 1st floor and a rewire of the house. All whilst living in the house and working from home in the middle of a pandemic

Alex and co. we all great and happy to help to any queries we had on a daily basis. They were also really accommodating of our day to day family life and carried out the most intrusive work whilst we were away. All of the sub contractors were also equally as friendly and helpful.

Right from the start, Lee was prompt at responding to messages and emails, even when I sent them at 10pm! He provides a really clear payment structure and has a high level of professionalism in everything he and his company does.

Lee and his team completed a loft conversion for us during the summer. They were absolutely excellent and the job was all done so fast! We had a smaller space to work with but the team gave lots of ideas and suggestions to help us make the most of the space (also because we really struggled making decisions!). They completed the works while we both worked from home and it was definitely not as disruptive as we thought it would be. Lee was always available if we ever needed him and he would regularly check in anyway. The team also took extra care when considering Covid19 guidelines. We had our loft conversion done by Lee and his team back in January, and we absolutely recommend them. We’d initially had 3 different quotes in 2019 which were all similar in price, but chose Sienns Lee because of his professionalism, enthusiasm and positivity towards our project.

Our loft was already converted, but wasn’t making the most of the space we had available. Lee and his architect helped us to design a space with a dormer and hip to gable end, and we now have two bedrooms and a shower room in the loft.

All work was completed within the 9 weeks which was originally quoted, and to a very high standard – even better that it was finished two weeks before lockdown! Thanks to all the team – James and the other builders, Nathan and Electrico, Kyle the plumber, plasterers and renderers and Ryan Kington.
